If you are a member and cannot access the member forums, but CAN post, please PM BULLSHIFTS with your in game name. To PM Bullshifts, simply find a post by him, maybe he'll even reply to this post... click his name and then click Send a Private Message to Bullshifts. You may also pester Quoll, he also has the capability to boost your creds.
If you are a recruit, you should be able to see the Recruit & Strategy forums. If you cannot see them, see above for what to do.
